SDH can be considered both a headhunting agency and a project facilitator. SDH relationship with clients varies from a simple link between the client and vendor, to a full hands-on contributor in strategic advisory for the existing organization or future company growth, project management, and quality assurance. 

The company's presence in the development process varies with client preference and project requirements but most often involves following areas: 

  • Strategic Consulting: evaluating the existing organization, operational optimization and growth, an outside perspective on company’s operations, etc.
  • RFP Management: gathering requirements, selecting qualified vendors, evaluating proposals, conducting Q&A sessions, vendor negotiations, etc.
  • Project Management: project management either of a specific project or a whole offshore development center.
  • Quality Assurance: overseeing the development process, constant and up-to-date reporting, communication process, client-vendor relationship, information to stakeholders, etc.

SDH provides customers with set methodology in finding the offshore partner. This process is split into following phases:

PHASE 1: Requirement Evaluation (work with customer to put down requirements
PHASE 2: RFP Process - Request for Proposal (send out RFP to suitable vendors, perform Q&A sessions with them, collect answers)
